Excellent clean hotel with friendly staff. I arrived early and the wonderful desk clerk allowed me to check in a little early which was wonderful because I was so tired from my trip. Room was great and shower had great water pressure and good hot water. Huge TV. Excellent hotel!
My experience was a very good one at this Hampton Inn. The location is great off the freeway. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but the coffee station was amazingly stocked all day! Great clean rooms! Thanks Hampton Inn!

Hampton Inn Duncanville — cozy, convenient, and chocolate-powered Got there early and my room wasn’t ready yet—no big deal, because they had a hot chocolate bar (aka my love language) and a cozy little corner where I could knock out some work while I waited. Great value for the money, clean and comfortable, and the vibe was easy and welcoming. Shoutout to Wendy—she was genuinely kind and helpful at both check-in and check-out. If customer service had a mascot, it’d be her in a Hampton name tag.
The cleaning staff is amazing. Everything was super clean which made our stay great! Nice comfy beds and pillows and very clean. All the front desk staff were very professional and friendly. I love the fact that there was 24-hour coffee, and different tees to pick from. Only thing I didn't care for was storage. The storage space is very minimal in my opinion. I do however love the indoor pool. The pool was super clean as well. We had a wonderful 10-day stay. Thank you to the whole staff. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.
We have stayed at alot of Hamptons over the years and this one by far has been the best. The room was very nice. The bed was super comfortable. There was no noise. Very quiet. I highly recommend this Hampton.
Wonderful stay! My spacious 4th-floor room had a view of I-20 and a gorgeous sunset. While the breakfast was a bit underwhelming, it wasn’t an issue since there are plenty of dining options nearby. Front desk and housekeeping service were outstanding—10/10. Parking was plentiful, and my room was nice and quiet. The only downsides were that the text message service through the app went unanswered and not all Smart TV features were available. Other than that, everything was excellent. This is by far the best Hampton I’ve stayed at, and I’ll definitely return.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming; exactly what you hope for when traveling. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh options that made our mornings easy and enjoyable. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay very relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
